Icon10 What Patek are you wearing today all on this Cinco De Mayo?

I am enjoying my 5070P--it is a tough one to take off!
HAGWE all...

Very nice Ken.

I'm wearing this one while contemplating another one.

Paul,

I'll make a decision soon, but I want to make sure I'm going to be happy with it that day and many days afterwards as well.

Sometimes that means no, and sometimes that means yes. There are quite a few more watches out there I would like to own, but I also know there are much more out there I will never own as well.

Cheers,

Dan

Anticipating the difficult decision of which Patek I would wear for Cinco de May festivities, yesterday I had my chauffeur fire up the old Land Cruiser and whisk me off to the bank to retrieve the case labeled "recent Patek acquisitions."

Later, as the sun set, I told house security to grab the Mossbergs and execute "station watch, perimeter code orange," whereupon I uncorked the Margaux and unshackled the case of mind-bending horological devices and lined them up on the brightly lit counter where Giada, just an hour previously, had previewed her special-for-me cleavage-de-Mayo and served up my favorite Tortilla soup and Tilapia soft tacos. Yum yum...

It was awesome. I was high on everything in sight.

But it took longer than I expected. I was having an unusually hard time making up my mind with the "which Patek" decision. I got delayed even further when Giada showed up again, I think faking some story about misplacing the keys to her Spyder. She stayed a while and helped drain bottle no. 2 and all I remember is when she left she was squeeling a bit and giggling a lot.

Next thing I know I wake up in the leather chair downstairs in the walk-in humidor. There is a note on the table from security saying the Patek case is safely locked down and that Giada left the Spyder and called a cab.

Then I looked in the mirror and this is on my wrist:
Happy Cinco de Mayo, all.

No drinky-drivey, OK?
