Rolex/Tudor Forums – Possible???
Hi Everyone,
I have read a lot about Tudor of late on the forums. I was just wondering what the forum members think to this suggestion? I am certainly not suggesting this to start any kind of argument on the forum, I am just starting this thread to hear your opinions on this subject. These are purely my own thoughts on the subject. My question/thoughts are – Would it not be possible where at the top of the page it says, ROLEX FORUMS, to possibly say, ROLEX/TUDOR FORUMS ? Again, these are just my own personal thoughts, but possibly something to be thought about and considered? What are your thoughts on this? All the best everyone. Till next time… The Laird

Why?
Just because Tudor is mentioned regularly, should we also include AP, PP, Panerai, Breitling, JLC, Omega, etc etc? No reason to change as this forum was intended primarily for the Rolex brand and its sister company can be included, along with other watchmakers as already are |

This is exactly what WUS did - they renamed it from 'Rolex' to 'Rolex & Tudor'
I'm not fussed either way... have come to expect Tudor to be included in the main Rolex General Discussion forum, although I suppose Tudor could have its own sub-forum

All of the above (apart from JLC) have their own sub-forum

Hi Everyone,
Why do I think that this might be a possible good idea? Well, is it not; Tudor by Rolex ? Again, I want to state that I do not wish to cause any arguments on the forum. This is just my own personal opinion and suggestion. Till next time… The Laird

I don't think it is an enhancement... Rolex Forums are fine.
People are starting to realize that The Hans Wilsdorf Foundation has two company's Rolex and Tudor. Tudor is effectively administered and made by Rolex and is basically a Rolex 'Brand' sold only at Rolex ADs. As the Rolex CEO Marini says: "Tudor is our 'other' brand, not 'second' brand. Therefore, as a part of Rolex and it's not necessary to add it to the masthead.

Tudor watches are in the Rolex watch forum, the only difference name on dial and not a in-house made movement inside.Perhaps we should have a different forum for the Rolex watches that don't have a in-house made movement in-side.

We have in fact made a slight modification to include a reference to Tudor in 2 areas on the home page.

Hi Everyone,
WOW!!! I didn’t spot this change at first, but I for one think that it is marvellous. I really do think that stating Rolex & Tudor Watch Topics makes it very clear that Rolex and Tudor are as one. I think that this also makes it nice and clear to new folks to the forum who weren’t too sure what Tudor are? And folks who just weren’t too sure what Tudor are in relation to Rolex. This gets a big thumbs up from me. And I simply have to say; TUDOR by ROLEX. Till next time… The Laird
