I'm no expert, but that looks fake. Or at the very least a pure Franken-Rolex...

No it's real. I know the seller personally, and he sells the real deal and I've purchased from him in the past. It's just bad lighting.

It's all legit except the dial is taken off an all gold GMT. Rolex will not service this watch without replacing the dial with the correct black version.

In fact, if you look at he sixth picture, you will see that the bezel is actually black. Once again, poor photography and the watch isn't being represented properly.

He is up front about taking a green dial and putting it on a two tone, but two things still don't look right - the cyclops looks like it was glued on with Elmers, and the green case back sticker surprises me as I didn't they were used on this late a model.

That is 100% correct. The seller even discloses this on the disclosures beneath the pics

All else looks 100% to me

Strange, the listing say M-serial but the picture showed Z-serial.

TT GMT's came out around late D to early Z so yes the case back stickers were still being used.

It should not been there for an M-Serial but that's only an estimate.

It is a real watch--seller discloses dial swap and seller is a good guy--Joel Hernandez who I have known for years.
