Patek everyday wear?

Hey all,

Just wondering if any PP owners wear theirs for everyday use? Ie: work, gym, etc...

Thanks for reading,
Hans.

The ony two lines I can see fitting that are nautilus and aquanaut. However if scratched up steel bezels irritate you, I'd look elsewhere

If you've got them...smoke 'em ...

If I could save up for a PP Aquanaut in a reasonable amount of time (say 4 months max) I'd definitely wear it everyday ...I am sure there are many PP owners who can pay an aquanaut with a week's savings.

I'd never buy a PP and wear it everyday. Probably it would take me 2+ years of savings ....I would not afford damaging it. So me, I just don't buy it in the first place ...

I have worn a Patek in the past everyday for years.
Including models ranging from the basic Calatrava and Aquanaut unto the 5140 perpetual calendar.

But you might get a better idea, if you have this thread/topic moved to the Patek forum :)

Regards
Tony

For me I wear my watches every day! Whether Patek, Lange, AP, JLC, or VC all is good and they were made to be worn. So my answer is yes of course!

I wear my 5167 everyday.

Remember, unlike automobiles, watches have no odometer. After 5 years, just take them in for a service and they come back looking like new. If you ever go to sell it, you will get no more money if you wore it once or for a year straight. The new buyer could care less if you never took it under water or went scuba diving at 50 feet.

Wear whatever you like and ENJOY it!

I would! Now all I need is a Patek...

Wear your watch and enjoy it, that's what it has been made for!

Yes I wear mine in rotation everyday. Unfortunately I'm not going to live forever so I'm going to enjoy them while I can.

I'll wear either of my Pateks any day of the week, that's exactly what they are made for. However I don't even wear my Omega or Rolex while at the gym. But then again I never have wore any watch at the gym.

Generally I wear my Rolex watches for going to the beach, BBQ, swimming and gym...

For serious sports I will wear my GShock...

I agree awesome photo Watcheroo!!!

I wear my Patek every day. But I wear all my watches every day.

Remember you guys there is only one today........one day you will not be able to say tomorrow.

Enjoy it all to 100% while you can.

5167 is the Patek for me. Its retro, its cool, its accurate, its subliminal, its the essence of sophistication.
