5513 link question

Hello All,

New to this forum but not to modern watch collecting. I just recently purchased my first vintage watch, a Rolex Submariner 5513 (2.6 serial #).

It just received it yesterday....everything looks great and I'm very happy so far BUT the bracelet fit just right with no room to expand. I know in the warmer months my wrist swells a bit and I'll probably have an issue with the size.

The bracelet I believe is correct for the watch: 563 end links and the bracelet is stamped 93150.

So, my question is: I need one link for the bracelet.... what link would be correct for it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks for your help in advance,

Joe

You have almost answered your question, any Stainless Steel 93150 link will fit.

Welcome to the forum and congratulations on your purchase!

Post some pictures when you get a chance.

The original bracelet will have been a 9315.

Are you sure the end pieces say 563?????

I believe they do, though my eyes are not that good with fine print. Let me double check with a magnifying glass.

Thanks! I didn't know if they made different styles or sizes throughout the years or one that was specific to my year.

I'll get some photos posted soon. I purchased it from a member on here.

As Jason commented earlier, the proper bracelet for this year production watch was a 9315.

But there is nothing wrong with the newer style bracelet (93150) that you have.

The 93150 bracelet is fine for this watch - it is the newer version of the 9315, but the 593 ends are for a 16800. Should be 580 ends on your watch Joe.

Thanks for the input guys... I guess I should have done a bit more research before my purchase, but I do like it and it's from my birth year.

Well, I needed a link for it and ordered one which is to small, I believe it's a 14mm. So, could you guys tell me what size link I need to find?

Sorry for all the rookie questions... I'm so use to buying newer watches that come with everything.
