Well today most movements COSC tested are mostly mass produced robot made and so in theory all the same and around 94% of all movements submitted pass first time.Now before the COSC was founded in 1973 the chronometer test was to a higher spec and then only around 64% used to pass first time.Rolex has been the biggest tester at the COSC since it started back in 1973, and have there own machine there to test the vast amount of movements to be tested.
