Welcome to the Forum!

You may want to check the model number again. I believe the 78350 is referencing your bracelet number.

The model number is etched on the case at the 12 o'clock.

The serial number is located at the 6 o'clock and that will give you an idea of the production year.

Looks like a very nice watch.

You need to remove the bracelet to get the reference numbers to give you an idea on the year of production and model number.

While you have the bracelet off, take close-up pictures of the watch case between the lugs - both sides are best to help with the age...

You definitely do not want to cause damage to the watch, if you have not removed a bracelet before. let an expert do that for you.

Congratulations, wear it in good health!

When you have an opportunity take it to a watchmaker so they can get the reference numbers for you.

Usually a toothpick in the holes on the side of the case will help get the bracelet out. But knowing your lack of experience, the spring may go flying across the room and then you will not be able to wear the watch until you get it to a watchmaker.
