Omega Co-Axial movement...

I'm wondering if their co-axial movement in the Omega DeVille line is an inhouse movement?

This is the movement (they removed the auto wind module).

the calibre 3313 is actually a modified 2824-2 if I am not mistaken, with modular chrono..it is not one of the in-house calibres per se, but that deville chorno is one of the absolutely best looking watches ever

No, it starts life as a F. Pigeut 1285 ebauche, which is a true column wheel chronograph movement, rather than a modular movement. It was known as the cal., 3303 before they added the Co-Axial escapement to it

To the OP, no it is not an in-house movement per se, but it is manufactured purely for Omega. You won't find the movement used in any other brands, unlike the more ubiquitous ETA 7750. F. Piguet are part of the Swatch Group, which, of course, also owns Omega - it's not in-house in the truest sense of the term, but it is produced within Omega's extended family. If you want a fully in-house movement in the De Ville line up, I would suggest the cal. 9300 De Ville Chronograph

Thank you so much for the clarification. I dont really mind being entirely in-house or extended family, was just making sure what was being told to me is correct. Im buying it then! Lol..
