Submarine mission: complete…

…at least for now! This just arrived in the mail.

Early 1962 gilt-dial 5512 with 25-jewel 1530 (numbered) movement. From my reading on the subject of 5512s, it seems this is a fairly uncommon combo of stuff (but I don't know anything compared to some of you guys). SN 754xxx.

It's awesome!

very nice looking watch congrats- I love the early gilt 5512s and 5513s

just FYI- insert and bezel look like later replacement but no big deal. would look even more awesome with a Fat Font MK1 or MK2 version
