Accessories for GMT Master P-Series 2001

Hi, I just bought a GMT Master II Ref. 16710 P-Series. So it looks it has been build in 2000. (Sold in Italy in 4/2001 - Country code 170). I am looking for all the correct accessories that normally came with the watch in that year now. So far I found the following details and it would be great if someone could confirm if I am right or could give more info:

Box#: 68.00.01
Translation Booklet#: 565.01 (Not sure if an older version might be correct)
Your Rolex Oyster Booklet: Looking for print date in the year 1999
GMT Master Manual: Looking for print date in the year 1999
Card Holder Leather#: ? (Any idea somebody?)
Calendar: 2000/2001
Certificate: available
