Dat can not be set on GMT 1675
Hello tech experts,
What can be the cause of the date not jumping over when setting watch forward (backwards works) on a GMT Master 1675 from 1968 (so probably cal. 1570 (or 1560))? Is that an expensive repair issue? Spare parts needed? If yes, which? Is the problem an indicator for anything else wrong with the movement? Thanks. |

Probably an inexpensive fix - take it to a watch-maker (try Rolex Ads in Zurich; both Bayer and Bucherer have good in-house teams, but Bucherer more likely to want to send it to Geneva. Bayer can look at it in Zurich for you.)
