I love the OQ, too, Thani!

Did you notice the case style of that "Scientific" you posted after this post of yours? Almost the same case style as the much, much later OQ!

What about Pan-Air?

Is that Pan Air, is impossible to find too? Anyone here have pic of Pan-Air inreal shot? Not like in Vintage Rolex Sport Models, look so unreal to me. What about Space-Dweller, Rited Time model, and many many more...

Quite a common cushion case shape back in the 1940s used by many many of the Swiss watchmakes at that time.

True, Peter! Still interesting that Rolex re-introduced this case style in 1970 with the Rolex Quartz Date (ref. 5100) at the Basel Fair on June 5th.

Seriously, sometimes certain models are better forgotten. Would anyone truly want a "TruBeat" an automatic with a quartz type movement? Especially in todays market? I would rather have a GMT IIC or new Milgaus with lightning bolt hand. I like the vintage GMT with that bakelite bezel.

Well Mikey in its day the Truebeat served its purpose what it was designed for doctors to check pulse in one second beat increments. And the lightning bolt hands again date back to the vintage Milgauss so nothing new there.
