Spring pins OEM Or aftermarket
I'm replacing some spring pins, I have seen a bunch of posts, but has anyone had any issues with aftermarket pins? I like OEM but they just aren't that readily available locally.

I doubt Rolex manufactures its own spring pins, so OEM is probably a fallacy...

It's always better to use good quality replacements, either OEM or aftermarket, than to go for years without replacing them at all. Make sure that they are properly sized..
