A 5513 from 1963 should have a gilt dial - and from what I can tell from the poor images, this one doesn't. Big no no... The seller may have dated the watch incorrectly. A serial No would help

Check out watchesofdistinction (I have no connection to them) as I think they might have a better and cheaper 5513, as well as dearer, more rare ones. Worth a look.
