From the eBay seller

From me to seller:

Dear cole328i,

This POS is a total fake and not even a good one. Listing it here on eBay is a terrible idea to try and scam someone. If someone is dumb enough to purchase this hunk of crap then you will be committing fraud and violating copyright infringement laws all of which can earn you nothing but headaches, attorney expenses and time in jail. It's not worth it. Please remove your listing as eBay has been notified multiple times. Please don't ask me how I know or tell me that you didn't know it wasn't real. We've heard every excuse ever used and none of it removes your obligation of knowing an item's authenticity.

- hunterp27

From seller back to me:

Dear hunterp27,

Uh ok, it's not like I'm wholesaling fake rolexs guy, this is one watch that I purchased and as far as I know it's real so I'm not going to remove my listing because you say it's fake
If eBay needs to contact me to remove my listing I'm sure they will handle that and I will happily take it down if eBay can prove to me this is fake

It's ended now.
"This listing was ended by the seller because there was an error in the listing."
The error was that he listed it.

Final emailmto seller-jeez this is real work !!!!

This was my last reply to him......maybe this had him rethink his actions

Dear cole328i,

Dude, you aren't getting it. eBay isn't gonna prove its fake. They are gonna simply shut down your auction and flag you as having attempted to sell counterfeit items and mark your account as such. If you wanna have that hangin over your head then that's on you. If you take it down without them having to do so, then you can stay clean with them. If someone buys it and then figures out you F'd them, then you have eBay and that person on you. Do what you want but you've been warned and guidance given. The watch is fake bro

You'd think they'd at least clean the food or whatever off the crown before listing. Ugh.
