Hello all, just looking for some advice/experiences: Just picked up a P series PAM 389 in almost new condition and noticed it was running 10-15 minutes slow every hour. During a 30 second staring session I realized the second hand would move and stop, intermittently, and randomly. When the second hand stops, it only resumes movement after I pick up the watch and move it around or manually wind it.

Any thoughts are welcomed.
