Most versatile AP...

Just wanted to see what everyone else's thoughts are on this...

I lean towards the Diver when I think of being versatile - I think it's the right blend of dressy and sporty. And looks just as good in a suit and shorts ---

(Not to say I'm not a fan of all the others!!!)

Cheers

44mm anything (and yes, you can wear them with a suit--especially RG).

Not sure if the diver is super versatile, would consider the 15202/15400 more versatile, but it's a great watch, especially in ceramic, love mine,

With the rubber strap, I see the diver as more sporty and the 15400 has the more versatile blend of sporty and dressy, imho

One that would wear well casually or with a suit, probably 15202/15400. Or maybe an all RG ROC ;-)

44mm RG, if your wrist can pull it off.

I would say the 15300, 39mm is a great size and a bit chunkier than the Jumbo, look great with any attire....

I would probably go with a sutle colored royals oak off shore. Probably a panda or safari. You can dive with it as well as wear it with a suite. The 15400 can't really be considered a sports/diving watch.

15202 for the RO, although there is more to AP than octogonal bezels.

Diver is not dressy in my book. Most classic ROs are quite versatile: 15202, 15450, 15400, 15300

Lots of great perspective here.

I tend to think that it's a lot easier to 'dress up' a sport watch like a ROO than 'sport up' a dress(ier) watch -- like a Jumbo.

(Not that the Jumbo isn't sporty)😁

15400. Thin enough that it just slides under a shirt cuff, yet the 41mm case lends it to still look sporty with short sleeves.

There is a reason I picked it to be my only watch.

SS ROC bestrides casual and dressy equally well.

The 15400 is the perfect "dressed up sports watch". ( or is it sportsd [sic] up dress watch?)

Jeans and a T - check!
Suit and tie. - check!
Anything in between - double check!
