16570 rough winding
Hey all,
I have noticed lately that my A serial Exp II has been not winding smoothly. It was serviced by Rolex in 2013. I haven't had any other issues with the crown up to this point and I've been careful with adjustments. Anyone else experience this and should I be worried? Kind of bummed out that I might have to send it in after only 2 years. Thanks.

What's the power reserve if you don't wind it manually? That can give you an indication as to whether the reversing wheels are running smoothly. Usually when the manual winding gets rough, it's because the reversers need to be cleaned and oiled. It shouldn't occur after only 2 years, but you never know.
So you should first try to figure out if the automatic is operating well.

Thank you Vanessa! So far I haven't had an issue with power reserve but I do wear it almost daily. I will see how long it takes to run down.

Hey Jay Tee, just recently had this issue. Furthermore, i serviced the 16570 at RSC about 2 weeks ago. I'm thinking of taking it back to RSC but i think they're shut until next year. Do let me know how yours turns out.
