FS Franck Muller Regulator Moonphase Yellow Gold 2852

Offering for sale this magnificent gem from Franck Muller. I have not seen another like it, except in white gold. Not many made. A reference 2852 D HS, featuring a mechanical manual winding movement, silvered guilloché dial with Arabic numeral marker, hour subdial with black Roman numerals at 12 o'clock, with date aperture just above it, small seconds subdial and moonphase aperture combined at 6 o'clock, and 31 x 43mm, 18k yellow gold case, the back marked "Master of Complications No. 05", on a new and unworn black crocodile strap with an ardillon buckle.
I sent this watch in for service (complete overhaul) and conditioning last year ($1,200), and it just hasn't been on my wrist. There is a mild curve in the 9:00 side of the case, from a small dent, that Franck Muller did their best to refurbish. Not even noticeable in photos, and only if you look for it.
Time to find a new home.
Asking a very realistic price at $8,500 delivered for this "master of complications" in solid 18k yellow gold.
