Sub power reserve problem
Hello All,
I have a 1996 sub that I bought in 96 and it has been serviced now maybe three times. I have always been able to rotate it with another watch or two and return to the sub with it still running. It was last serviced about 3 1/2 years ago and just in the last 8 months maybe I have noticed that if I take it off for just one day to wear another watch, the sub will either have stopped the next day or stop some hours after I have put the sub back on the next day. I always give the watch a full 40 turn wind when putting it back on after it has stopped. The sub seems to still run a little fast as it has always done and seems to be spot on accurate as usual too. I am wondering if this is a mainspring issue or magnetization. It seems too soon to have it serviced. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank You. |

Wind it fully when you take it off if you want full power reserve.
