Seems to be the new 2016 version launched at Basel World
I can not authenticate with those photos

Rolex is introducing the new Oyster Perpetual Explorer with an entirely luminescent display for enhanced legibility. The model’s characteristic 3, 6 and 9 numerals are now filled with a luminescent material emitting a long-lasting blue glow, like the hour markers and hands. This exclusive Chromalight display offers exceptional legibility in any conditions. The hands are also broader and longer for enhanced visual comfort. The new Explorer carries the Superlative Chronometer certification redefined by Rolex in 2015, which ensures singular performance on the wrist.

^ Minute hand too short to be the new version. The 3, 6, and 9 aren't filled with lume.

I'm viewing on a computer.

It is a 214270, but authenticity wise, I am not 100% sure from those pictures.

Here is a picture reference.

You can see the light reflecting off the 3, 6 and 9. (not filled with lume)

Also you can see how the different in hand size.

Not sure what you're referring to when you say GMT hand.

Not sure what you're saying here. It's nothing like the new version, and neither has a GMT hand anyway.

I would only buy from trusted members on the forum. If not, I would suggest making sure the watch includes all of the necessary paperwork and meeting a Rolex dealer to look it over.
That's my two sense.

To me, it looks authentic, but you never know. I couldn't say it is or not. Good luck!

Yeah that is not the new Explorer with luminescent numbers. Hard to tell from those pictures but the writing on the dial looks a little thick.

OP, please take a clearer picture of the dial DETAILS. A front facing shot which clearly showing all of the writing and markings.

The watch pictured is the same/similar reference, although I can't speak for its authenticity.

PS: OP I bought this one from a trusted seller on this forum -- Jacek at HQ Milton. If you'd like to avoid getting ripped off, "buy the seller," such as one of the many trusted sellers on TRF, as many others have commented.

Is that the original protective sticker still on the clasp? if not there is an extra line that shouldn't be there. But looks good to me

Can't tell for sure without seeing the insides, but it does look correct to me to my untrained eye.
