Got the Daytona call from my AD today, but.....

So, my AD called today and informed me that a new Daytona has come in and my name is on the top of their list. In essence, it's mine if I want it. On the downside, I'm quite content with my stable of watches and just don't feel I need to own this at the moment.

So, I will likely just call the AD and tell him to move down the list to the next name. No one here feels I am making a mistake, right?

Which dial? If white, then yes, you're making a mistake!

Brian don't pass!

People like myself and half the forum have been patently waiting only to be given the run around by our ADs!

Buy it and sell it to me! I'll drive down and buy you a steak

I think a pass is a great way to. If you are not feeling it why spend the money and let
A person who really wants it have it. Nice to pass on a flip.

I would buy it and try it out. You can always sell it pretty easily and not lose money.

I see no problem with this. If you don't feel the watch, don't buy it just because it is "hard to find". You will be able to get one when and if you are ready and if it won't be readily available even better, you will lust after it for a while and you will be even more pleased in the end.

This. Why not get it for someone on here who actually wants one instead of a gray market of some other flipper gets it.

No question - buy it. Plenty of folks here still waiting, so if you like the watch even the slightest, get it and you won't regret it.
