5164 or 5167
hi trf! i have consolidated again (for the nth time) and have been left with a journe bleu, 5711, jlc geophysic, dd40 green and an sd4k.
i owned the 5167 before but disposed of it (and regret) to get a piece. i find myself going towards the 5164 this time round since i have the 5711. that being said, what is the difference in terms of wear? the 5167 was just right on the wrist; maybe a little small. is the .8mm increase in size and weight noticeable? with my current lineup i feel inclined to get the 5164. help please Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

The 5164 is super comfortable and fits just right on the wrist. Seriously, I love this watch.

The 5167 was very comfortable, but too flat on the wrist for me. The 5164 sits perfectly IMO, more due to the extra height than the .8mm case width.

The 5167 was too small for me. The 5164 is just right.

Prefer the 5164 too. A little more heft that counterbalances the chunky clasp and the ears help balance the case. Plus I like the white lume much better than the yellowish one on the 5167.

I'm a fan of the 5167, simple and cleaner dial. I'm 6"1, 190lbs 7" wrist and find the 5167 wears just fine. All personal preference of course, no right or wrong.

I like the dial of the 5167 better but I prefer the height/presence of the 5164. But my favorite Aqua is the 5167R.

Love both but I went with the 5167. I prefer simpler watches these days. It's a win either way in my book.

I own both the 5167A and the 5164A. They are both comfortable on the wrist and the slight thickness difference is barely noticeable. Date legibility is much better on the 5167. The 5167 is an all-around watch that you can wear any time. I tend to wear the 5164 only when I am traveling across time zones.
