New member (and soon-to-be Daytona C 116500 owner)

Hi all,

I've been reading the posts and classified on this forum pretty intensely over the past month and finally decided to take the plunge and submit a post (and donation)! I've been a Sub C Date owner for a little over a decade and just recently decided to reward myself with a new watch. After much debate and research, I finally settled on a Daytona C with a white face...which I've been promised by the AD will arrive by mid-January. We'll see, as he told me he'd put me on top the the rather extensive list because "we are friends." I live overseas and seemed to get a decent price on the watch (USD 13,000 retail, minus the 18% VAT and minus a USD 4,000 trade-in on my 2005 Sub, so looking at around USD 7500 all-in). Which of course got me to thinking that I may want to flip it, as I also really love the somewhat more expensive WG Skydweller...but that's a post for another time. Just wanted to introduce myself and hope to have some photos of the new watch up soon!
