2 months. Didn't plan for it to be so soon but a LVc became available much quicker than expected so I couldn't turn it down!

are you you copying me? You purchased the same watch as me (I got the sub 2 months ago) and then you created the same thread as I did a few weeks back.. oh, and you also want the same 2nd watch as me.
I'm flattered bro, seriously. You're too much. Check this out, my thread - will apply to you as well https://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=563315 |

Hoping 2-3 months if my coworker can get me a white DaytonaC for MSRP (and tax-free).
Or maybe sooner if he can also get me a LVc. |

For me it was the opposite. Bought my first, gmt ii in 2004. Next came dj (also blue dial) about a year ago. I guess i started appreciating dressy watches as I got older. On the waiting list for SS Daytona, but that'll probably never happen. I'm thinking birth year DD for my 50th, which is in a few years.

About 15 years!
The notion of owning multiple Rolexes (or watches, for that matter) never occured to me when I bought my first, a GMT Master II in 1987. It was only in the early 2000s that I bought my second, a steel Daytona. |

My 1st Rolex was a 168623 YM1 35mm why I was 22, I kept it as my one and only until 2011. I sold it due to saltwater damage after I chipped the screen a year earlier. I did not get another one until 2014 which was a YM1 Platinum w/ platinum dial and than my YM2 gold 116688 until 2016.

6 months after, but it was only by chance as I had put my name down on waiting list for daytona 116520, and they had one in stock then and there. That was two years ago, just bought third two weeks ago.

3 months for me. I was researching for 2-3 years before my first which was to be a DJII then saw the BLNR and immediately changed my mind. Found this forum on researching how to use the GMT function, got hooked and then convinced myself I needed the DJII as well. My bank balance has been seriously depleted in the intervening 3 years.

2 years for me! 16570 Exp 2 at 25 and then 114060 Submariner at 27. Think I will try to wait another year or 2 before my next! Could be longer if it is a Daytona

First Rolex in 1990 (16610), then a wait of 15 years until 2005 (116520),a wait of 7 years for the (116660 JC), then all hell broke loose 14 in the next five years! I've now settled on 7 Rolex, that is probably one too many, or is it one too few!

I bought my second one the year after my first one and then flipped both a year later for another one. It’s addictive!

Bought a 116713LN back in 2008, then sold it off in 2009. Pretty much ignored Rolex until March of this year. Then bought 2 more within 7 months. I'm in love again. |
