Friday evening counts? If so, then Friday evening brought me a WG Daytona Oysterflex 116519LN. Truly a beauty!

Thanks! Not sure how often I will get to wear it though, my girlfriend was quite taken by it and asked me to size the strap so she can wear it

Received this last week. Changed the bracelet to a strap and really enjoying it.

I’d forgotten how much I miss the day display on a watch, and with a Rolex obsession, it’s going to eventually be an expensive fix...

There's one more stop on the road to PM perdition and still in the family, 1969 Tudor 38mm 7020 TOG.

If vintage isn't for you there are still NOS 36mm DD Tudors floating around from this century. That is a beautiful watch you have there!

That is indeed a beautiful Tudor and believe me I’m on the look out for a nice example, no thanks to Adam who keeps posting pics of his beauties all over the forum!

Ok, I promised some pictures. Unfortunately the iPhone pictures don't make justice to the beauty of the dial of this watch!

Sorry for the stickers, with 2 small children I haven't had the time to take them off and start the journey of wearing the watch yet.

Great Certina! There is always the Tudor Date+Day if you don't want to shell out the $$$$

Go for it! My pictures, don't do justice to the dial of this watch. You have to see it in person to realize how beautiful and "racing like" this dial looks. Perfect dial for a Daytona!
