I asked my question wrong based on TRF rules sorry

So i just asked a value question about a Daytona and it was deleted. After reading the rules I understand why. My apologies. Let me try this a different way. After researching a daytona ceramic SS I see the asking prices are a good bit above MSRP, my question is are these asking prices realistic to what they are actually SELLING for?
Thanks!

The only realistic prices above MSRP are the ones you're willing to pay.

There are people out there who find the premiums reasonable enough.

Correct. If you get on multiple AD waiting lists, you can probably get one at cost. It may take some time.

I think used ones are going between mid-16’s to mid-17’s

Go to either Takuya’s are DavidSW’s websites and look at the asking prices. Those are the firm market rates for the average buyer. The real price will be within a few percent of those values.

Fun part is approaching them with a phantom D500 you own and see what they are bidding.

I'm pretty sure you meant "retail" rather than "cost." Those are pretty different things.

I personally refuse to pay a penny above MSRP
If we ALL stick to that then no one will have to pay anything above MSRP
But I understand that some are willing to pay more to get their watch sooner!!
