Northern Lights - Aurora Borealis

Tonight - dancing green! Over Churchill, Manitoba, Canada.

https://explore.org/livecams/zen-den...ern-lights-cam

Iceland, Alaska have beautiful showings, too, as well as all countries north.
Bas, Jocke, Mon, do you see them from where you are?

Aurora australis is fabulous, too!

(scroll back on DVR - may have more lights at certain times)

This is in my short list of things to see! (And Steve but I think that one's a little more rare)

Actually looking at flights for first of January to try and get up north to try and see them.

I don't live North enough to be able to see it. Would definitely love to see it though.

Thank You for posting this DM. Michelle and I were happy to catch a view one night at our family place near Tobermory, Ont.

I saw them in 2003. There were a lot of solar flares for a few weeks and the Aurora was amazing.
