Is this an Omen? A Sign?
Rummaging through a drawer, sorting through some of my straight razor stuff, I stumbled on this, forgot I picked it up at a flea market years ago.
A Schick Adjustable Single Edge Injector razor, and some new packs of blades. A blast from the past from the 1970's? Maybe the early 1980's? An Omen that a Rolex 1803/18038/18238 Day-Date is meant to be in my collection? Just had a shave with mine, and yup, the only thing missing was that Champagne dial glittering on my wrist.... Here's an internet pic, can't find the pic of mine. So, this is a "Sign" right, figuring I'll take this approach with my wife, who'll surely understand the importance of this...am I right? |

Yep it's more than a sign if you ask me.
Neon glaring lit up "YOU BETCHA YOUR LIFE YOU BETTER DO IT NOW" sign. Women, they just have no clue. Better to ask forgiveness than it is to ask for permission. Better post your pics soon just in case that forgiveness thing don't pan out like planned.

Go for it!
I tried a new 36mm DD with a champagne dial on just last weekend. It was gorgeous. |

This spectacular 90 year old Spanish razor on the other hand, may take a bit of practice.... |
