New pearl on 16610LV

I have this lovely 16610lv with a flat four inlay... But somehow the pearl has gone "bad" and have turned a bit grey-ish!

Is it possible to change only the pearl, thinking of buying a normal 16610 service inlay, popping of the pearl from that and make an exchange :) But since the inlay have som value ;) I don't want to brake anything!

Is this a easy fix, or?

Kind regards
Simon
