Aquaman should be called the Beatle

I was always wondering, why the Aquaman is not renamed (unofficially) the Beatle. It has the greatest ambassadors a watch can dream of (the two living Beatles), and they are not even paid to do so. It is not like Brad Pitt (who is a Patek Collector) being paid to promote Breitling.

Ringo is wearing the original version (I think) at 38 CM on the composite strap, all the time for more than 20 years, and it has thousands of photos, I believe he wears the watch every day.

Paul is wearing the 5167 on the composite strap for at least ten years, got married into it, even yesterday he did Colbert Show and was rocking it.

I think both received the watches from loved-ones because they clearly adore their watches, so how come the internet have not pick this up is a mystery.

I really hope you are joking.

I hardly think nicknames like this are appropriate for any watch, let alone a Patek.

I also own an aquanaut and hate the Beatles, so it had better not catch on ...

I am really sorry for the mistake, because it really took away from the main idea. I still believe that the fact that the two remaining Beatles wear this watch for so long all the time makes it unique.

Here is the photo
Paul is wearing an Aquanaut Reference 5167A, and Ringo is wearing the original 'Jumbo' Aquanaut [Reference 5065-1A].

I believe Paul's watch is a 5165, not a 5167. Ditto for Ringo's.

I would not have recognized Ringo but for seeing him with Paul and not having seen a photo of Ringo since the 1960's.

Guess that makes me an honorary Beatle with my 5165

Never ever gave this watch any thought. Clicked on the thread as was bored.

Now my interest is piqued, nearly fell through the floor on the prices mind. It is a smart watch indeed.
