Any thoughts on the "Tooty Fruity"

Sorry if this has been asked before but I've been away for a while and my wife has taken a shine to a "T.F". Just wondering what the group thinks about them.

The gems make the bezel worthless, but if somebody likes the look, that's why they make them.

Just looked it up.

I wouldn’t buy it even if I could afford it.

The rainbow Daytona though...

Wooooooooo

That is a dream watch

I sometimes wonder if TRF is getting like a kindergarten forum for the 3-4 years old kids with these ridiculous names for Rolex watches.

If the OP cannot bother to post a pic to illustrate (yes we all know we can find it on google)... Don't get these threads. The only picture in it is a joke picture... outta here.

Looks nice with the black dial and could be a daily wear. To me it looks a little big for your wife’s wrist but could just be the angle of the picture. Good luck with your decision. Be sure to have them bundle a popular SS for yourself!!

thanks, its for every day wear, and now she thinks its a little much for that. She thinks the std black bezel with the diamond face. And, when I resized the photo it gave it a funny angle. My computer skills are lacking...

I saw that exact YM with the coloured stone bezel and paved diamond dial at an AD in 2018 ...MAGNIFICENT !!! Will be very hard wearing ...oysterflex and stone bezel = no scratches .Better than sporties

Great for a woman in my opinion. If she likes it go for it.

For better or worse, life is change. Personally, I detest hot model nick names. And miss the days of "Reference Number ___ with a Caliber ___ Movement." Of course you had to know the reference number.

I suspect that eventually we will move from nick names to just emoji's. Oh, well...

I was able to see one in person and on the wrist its actually beautiful. Not garish looking at all. Its actually quite tasteful in real life. I still wouldn't buy it.... but I was surprised by how much I liked it.

Edit - I see that she may thing the bezel is too much for everyday. Probably right but it is something to look at. :)

When resizing there's often an option called "constrain proportions" or something similar that you want to keep active. This way, when you resize, it just lowers the resolution without distorting the image.
