Would you go for the domed or fluted bezel?

For DJ I always prefer fluted and paired with jubilee bracelet.

Fluted bezel goes best with jubilee.

The fluted bezel gives the watch some pizzaz. The domed bezel seems so plain looking.

Domed with the jubilee bracelet FTW. Fluted bezel is too blingy.

Domed for 36mm and fluted for 41mm. That’s only because the 41mm isn’t domed, it’s flat.

I am the contrarian here, but I think the jubilee looks best with the smooth bezel.

Do yourself a favor and get fluted if you get a jubliee bracelet.

When I bought my first DJ41, I got smooth with oyster and shortly after ended up purchasing another with fluted with jubliee.

If you plan to wear the watch casually as well then get a domed. You can't dress down a watch.

But to answer the OP's question, fluted. Just picked this up.

Fluted. Seems to resist scratches better as well.

Fluted = Jubilee
Smooth = Oyster

Might as well get a Oyster Prepetual or Explorer 1 if you want the smooth bezel.

Domed. Don’t see the point of white gold nor the additional flashiness.

I’m domed all the way. Flies under the radar better.

Also personally prefer domed on oyster. Sportier look vs the dressier jubilee.

But you can’t go wrong!

I prefer the fluted bezel on 36 and 41 mm Datejusts with either bracelet.

Yeah the flutes catch the light and sparkle. Also they will not show scratching as much as a smooth bezel
