Breguet produce both enamel and guilloche - but I'm not sure I've seen both on the same dial...

I don't think there is such a thing as enameled guilloche dial.

Urban Jürgensen make both beautiful grand feu enamel, and top class guilloche, but I've never heard of a dial with both. Enamel is super hard and very delicate, so you can't really cut it with a lathe like fine silver.

Some of there dials may be lacquered, but the photo that I posted shows an enamel dial, at least in the center. The outer chapter may have a lacquer applied, I do not know.

Just to clarify, the blue part is guilloched enamel, it is not lacquer.
They have other colors that they use as well. I just found an example that happened to be blue.
