4Runners

Any of you drive a 4Runner?

I picked up a green TRD Pro in February before the world went on pause.

Love it but haven’t driven too much.

Any other 4Runner fans?

Had a 2010 4Runner which I traded in for a Tundra last April.

It was a great vehicle, and as with all Toyotas, it held it's value.

Enjoy it!

I started to buy one last summer, really liked it.
My daughter talked me into buying another Land Rover.

Thank you!

Tundras are fantastic. I’d love a TRD Sequoia but drive a bit too much.

Which model?

LR’s are fantastic. I drive a bit and try to avoid premium gas requiring vehicles.

Cheers!

I have a stock 07 V8 with 182k miles which drives like new. I plan to hit some trails out west in a couple of years when I retire and I have to decide whether to build this one or go with a new model. I will likely go for the off road premium if I go new.

That is awesome!

I had an Off Road Premium and they’re awesome.

Cheers and happy trails!

I'm on my second one. Bought a 2006 Sport Edition back in 2010 and drove it for eight years before my wife surprised me with a 2018 Limited for my 40th birthday. Both silver. Fantastic vehicles. All I need and want. I do really like the TRD's. I miss my hood scoop.

I bought a 2012 Nissan Xterra a few years ago - all the 4Runners in Seattle are really pricey ! They still are.

For all the offroad upgrades I've done to this thing - I should have just bought an offroad 4Runner ( TRD Pro ?) and I'd have come out $ the same.

I’ve got a ‘16. First car I’ve ever had that I’ve loved. Debated getting that heritage Land Cruiser last year but realized I didn’t need anything that big.

The only car I’ve kept past 100,000 miles was my 2011 Xterra Pro 4X. Had it for 117,000 problem free miles until it started spotting a tiny bit of oil. I think it was $26,000 with all the incentives when the economy was still a bit rough. Very solid ride. Wish they still made them.

It has a lot of stuff I never knew I needed/wanted until I had it.

We are a Toyota family. I bought my wife a 2013 4Runner 4x4. Its a dog, meaning its a little slow and too much vehicle for the V-6 engine but its comfortable and rides well. Have not had any issues with it in 7 years

Absolutely love them. Bought a 2004 in 07' for 27K with 10K miles on it. Sold it in 2016 for 14K. Crazy good value. In the 9 years I owned it it was never in the shop. I'll own another one day.

My wife wants a new Limited, so we are casually looking.

I keep thinking a new update is due soon. Wait or buy now?

That’s a really good question.

No major changes for 2021 that I’ve read.

Now may be a good time to buy. New car sales are down YOY. Both dealers and manufacturers need to move inventory. There are plenty of deals to be had on a new car nowadays.

Congrats that’s a beauty. I was waiting for that color for years lol

I had a quicksand as well as a cavalry blue TRD. There’s no bad 4runners.

I ultimately ended up getting into LC/LX but the 4runner holds a place in my heart

I had a 2015 Barcelona Red TEP. Little lift, FN Wheels with 275s, Baja Rack.

Gas mileage was horrible. But damn I loved that thing. The finish quality was so much better than the Tacomas I had owned previously. I thought it was going to keep it for a long time, but life had different plans. I miss it.
