111F Movement Macro

Picked up a new hi res camera and played with some focus stacking. The original jpeg was 162mb.

Wow, that’s amazing. I think at some point I need to get a camera. This is I think the best my iPhone 11 can do. (With a $40 clip on macro)

Thanks! Nice work for a phone.

Some specialized software might help. Affinity Photo is an inexpensive iPad app but has a lot of power. Super easy focus stacking and panoramas too.

The bad news for camera makers is that phone cameras are really good and are ahead of “real” cameras in the computational photography department.

Many thanks, y'all. I wish I had some of your pieces for more photos.

That was a quick and dirty on the deck - uncontrolled lighting. Will play around more with lights/modifiers later.
