Tudor 9411 - dial & hands

Guys , looking to get my dream watch after a long while. Here is one available and was hoping to get some inputs. Does the dial seem untouch/ relume ?

The pics are not great but looks convincing. The hands look correct to me. You may want to post a pic if the back and the serial engraving if you can. What serial number range is it?

It’s a very good looking watch. I like the discolouration of the lume

Its a 1980 watch. Here is another pic , appreciate the input. I agree with loss of lume on edges. Does it look like a honest piece overall ?

The minute hand lume looks odd? Mine doesn’t have a gloss look?

Could be a relume

Stabilized hands often have a slightly glossy look. I'm guessing it's that, given that Snowflake hands often need stabilizing.

I have also some doubts about the bezel insert.

Bezel insert is fine

79-81 hands are often a little glossy as they come from the factory with stabilization

I am willing to bet that is 937k-947k if datewheel is brushed silver.

Photos are terrible.

I have seen a few of these in the flesh - also have spare set of hands. None of them have that gloss look.. i'll take your word for it though!

Original hands in that watch have the stabilization - which gives the sheen ; )

Earlier hands have the traditional grainy / gritty tritium finish.

I have had several like this (owned and handled) with the Tudor semi-gloss finish on the top of the hands - where as watchmaker stabilized is usually underside of hands.

My Snowflake has the semi-glossy hands. It's quite nice to know that the lume isn't going to fall out at any moment, and the gloss is only visible under a loupe. Not that it's particularly an issue anyway.
