Incoming: a new (very old) addition
Welcome to my pumpkin dial, 1978 Submariner (1680 white). Full-set and I note with amusement that the purchaser negotiated a £100 discount from the £512 retail price and paid £412 for it! Those were the days.

Nice. These old Subs have such nostalgia.
Are the crown guards asymmetrical? |

The 1680 is a nice reference. I prefer a T19 domed plexi to the standard top hat. If you've seen it, the look is fantastic. Very similar to the 1665.
Personally, I don't see any pumpkin in there. I see more toffee or caramel. Enjoy it! These 4 digits feel so comfortable on the wrist. Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk |
