TRF has now has more than 25000 members.

Well done to Steve and all the others.

Time to step up the support so that this Forum can grow even bigger.

It appears to me that the Mods need to get to banning a bit more then. These numbers are getting high.

Actually, if they all donated, just think, Steve could start paying the Mods... Or they could hire a couple full time mods. That's 300 grand at 12 bucks a pop!

Laughing my ass off, Oscar! Yep, lets fill this place with bantam weights!

I think the numbers are great. Rolex needs to hire some people to pay attention.

Yes, would be great if it was all profit... but think of the bandwidth, hosting and storage costs incurred...

Gee, even if it was only JJ doing posts and Jocke uploading pics, that would chew up a massive amount (I would guess they account for 90% of the total between the 2 of them)

Hey, there's an idea Steve... if you ban JJ AND Jocke, you could save a fortune !!! Or maybe introduce "user-pays", they would both have to sell us their Rolex collections to fund their posts

Its the members that make TRF what it is today, plus help from the admin and mods, most who have been here since almost day one. Just a few short years ago late 2004 early 2005 we had just a few loyal members around then 35 total. Wow how we have grown over just a few years, so we as a forum must be very proud of what TRF has achieved today, the best Rolex and other watch forum on the net. Have a look at a very old post back from 2005 link below please guys do not post on the link thread.

Perhaps I've said this before but it seems that alcohol worsens the memory...

Because I'd rather deal with the evil twin I know than the one I don't know.

But in reality, it seems to me you are your own evil twin.

Just think if everyone gave just $1.00?

That would certainly cover all costs :)

Hmm... sounds like a sales pitch, lol.

"Billy Mays here for The Rolex Forums. How many times have you visited your favorite AD and been unsure what to buy? Well for a low cost of $1.00 I can send you the URL of TRF and you too can be on your way to Rolex nirvana!"

"Call now, operators are standing by!"

"Um, I mean log on now, PayPal is waiting!"
