vintage watch dial color question
Hello fellow watch lovers!
I am looking at a vintage watch, the dail is original and untouched by the seller. My question is why the dail is this Green like color? Compared with most are light brown or Rice color. Thank you for any opinions |

This is probably best for Omega Forums. I like these and am pretty sure yours has the wrong minute and hour hand, but second appears correct.

The photo isn't very clear.
We have seen green coloration on older lume. It depends on the paint used and how that paint ages. Some relume paint is very obviously green and poorly done.

Some of the later meters first 5513's of 68/69 age in a similar hue of green - no particular reason I know of, as Larry says.
