Rolex bracelet 78493 on Daytona 16523 ?

Hello, first thread and big newbie question comming.

I have a Rolex Daytona reference 16523 from 1994, a Zenith Daytona. The "problem" is that the bracelet on the watch I have starts to become a little bit old and used and I would like to preserv it as much as possible.

I was also thinking of replacing it with a more modern version, so my question :
Would a 78493 bracelet from 2007-2008, with end links code EO, and with code PJ4 on the clasp fit the Zenith type Daytona from 1994 ?
