Got the Call

Delighted to pick up my OP 41 from my AD last week, a relatively short 4 month wait and its my first Rolex.

Very happy with the watch and am enjoying wear it.

I have other watches in my collection including Omega,IWC and Breitling, but feel now I have got the Rolex bug and as I investigate the range of watches more I am now keen to add further Rolex's to my collection.

What to ask for next is my challenge, the ones I like the most are, in no particular order

BLNR
Pepsi
JC Deepsea
Explorer 2 polar
Root beer

In time I can see myself acquiring all of the above ( appreciate that may take some years), but should I adopt a particular approach as to the order that I ask to be on the list for?

Got the Call

Congrats! Nice 1st choice. I have the same exact one in 36 mm. I would go for the Explorer 2 Polar next. I think it might be the easiest to get, if you are trying to build a relationship with your AD. Mine was also my first Rolex, from an AD, and I’m going for a Datejust next. Good hunting!

Congrats, great watch

Agree with Kat that the Exp II is the ideal next piece, or the Deepsea 126660 - if what you're thinking is quickest timeline.

Nice pickup, OP. It's a "do all" watch. You look to have a larger wrist; I'd go for a JC.

Exp2 is what I’d suggest. Congrats on the nice OP.

Explorer II white dial is my favorite modern Rolex. After the LeMans.

Congrats! When you look at your collection and that list, what fits best right now? I like to approach these decisions holistically. What fits best?

Recently saw this watch in-person for the first time. Very nice looking, and that sunburst effect is more pronounced in hand than I expected. The gold accents just make this a super cool OP. Congrats!

Thank you all for your comments and thoughts.
I do indeed have quite large wrists, I plan to try on an Explorer 2 polar and JC - then decide - but am leaning towards polar Explorer

You made a good choice, congrats!
In your next purchase, you can consider getting Explorer 2 polar or Pepsi as the case maybe.
