Buying a Jubilee from RSC for 16710
Will the RSC let me buy one without swapping out the oyster bracelet that is on there currently? I wonder if I should just send them the watch head and ask them to install one or if I just need to go to an AD and try to get one. Oh, and if anyone knows the correct jubilee bracelet for the watch, that would be great (from searching and cross-referencing, I believe it to be 62510H with 502B endlinks).
The watch is an "A" serial number (1999) with "holes" case. It has 78790A SEL Oyster bracelet on there now. I am not the original owner - bought it from Rolliworks who was also not original owner, so not sure if that is original bracelet or not. I believe Jubilee should have been an original option on this particular watch, so I would think I could buy this from Rolex, right? Not sure if need to approach from AD standpoint or RSC standpoint. |

About 2 years ago I called RSC Canada and asked the same question and they were happy to sell me the jubilee while I kept the oyster bracelet.

I had a jubilee fitted to my 16710 about 3 years ago at service and swapped the Pepsi bezel for Coke. I got to keep both bracelet and bezel insert. As I recall, there is a slight price difference if you are swapping and not keeping the Oyster vs keeping it but you should definitely have both. 3 years ago and different region so YMMV

The correct bracelet for your holes case 16710 is a 62510H with 502b endlinks. You should be able to order/ buy it directly from RSC or Rolex AD without giving your oyster bracelet.
The 16710 was under the same reference for oyster / bracelet and the 3 bezel inserts so it’s all good and factory from Rolex and not a custom |

I opted for the 63600 Super Jubilee and love it.
