Speedy in Sedan Gold

After very recently parting with my stainless steel 1861 , I unsurprisingly got the itch to add a speedmaster back in the collection (shocker). Was all but ready to pull the trigger on the 3861 (this time in sapphire sandwich variant) but then this came out…and now I can’t get it out of my head.
While I do think this on bracelet would be killer, I am loving the toned down vibe of this on strap…or rubber for that matter.
Any owners with personal experience? Pros or cons welcomed…

Don't own any gold watches but if you're going Sedna you have to get the bracelet first. If you go strap/deployant, adding the bracelet later is massively more expensive vs adding a strap/gold deployant.

Oh for sure…the numbers make no sense if you ever wanted to the bracelet option. I’ve got my gold sub so while totally different, fills that “all gold” piece in the collection. Even if I had the gold bracelet I think this would get worn on strap more often…it’s got some really strong vintage vibes.

I think that the strap is better. More comfortable and less bling.

I bought the bracelet version but got a brown leather strap and pin buckle thrown in. I have never put the strap on yet as I love the bracelet so much.

A friend of mine recently bought the moonshine with green dial and strap. He said he regrets not getting the full bracelet.

Will send pics.

Great looking watch in all the variations of dials and bracelets. I have been close on one for awhile but to date have not gotten there yet.

I have this watch with the bracelet. It's great! I posted some pictures on page 1 & 2 of the below thread.

Thanks for sending that along...stunning. Huge price gap (all relative of course) between this on bracelet vs strap but I'm leaning towards the strap to make it a little more stealth and do plan to also wear it on the OEM rubber. Such great pics. While I was only able to view the dial under the harsh lights at the AD even then I was really impressed with the legibility of the dial. These outdoor pics makes it even pop more. Slowly getting pushed over the edge.....
