Incoming gmt 126720 vtnr & gmt collection (pic heavy)

I always say to collect and wear what you like; with that said, GMT's happens to be one of my favorite models.

When the 116710 LN was introduced in cermaic, I fell in love. My collection has progressed from there.

A few takeaways from the 126710 VTBNR
  • very reminiscent 116710LN, with the green GMT hand
  • green is slightly different from the 126610LV.
  • The watch is surprisingly comfortable.

What a collection of gmt’s! Thank you for making many of us feel less guilty about our collections. How do you decide which gmt to wear or do you rotate wrist time equally?

Rationale behind this collection should be interesting to hear, OP how/why did you end up in this GMT loop?

Any plans to move up or add at least a TT GRNR?
I get the color options, however i would try to consolidatedifferent bracelets in PM…

I wear a different watch everyday.

As for the GMT loop. I am collector:
* MK1 VS. MK2 dial variations
* BLNR old movement vs new movement
*I do not like bi-metals
*perhaps a meteroite next

There is a method to my madness.

Freaking amazing set of GMTs there!
I thought I was being a bit "excessive" keeping the BLNR when I recently took delivery of my new BLRO...I guess not!

You do like GMTs, don't you! I was lucky enough to get a 126710 VTBNR from my AD this summer, and sold my only other GMT - a GMT Master II black dial. For me, one is enough...

Huge congratulations and enjoy in good health!

Having said that, I genuinely do not understand a collection like that. The duplication is incredible and somewhat a waste of time and money.

I’m all for live and let live, so this isn’t personal criticism, I wish you all the best.

It’s a big world of choice in the watch collecting hobby and that just reeks of a lack of imagination and missed opportunity.
