Hi everyone,

I've noticed on the internet that most people received a clean kit and a travel case as a welcome gift when they first bought a watch from AP. I got myself a RO two months ago from the boutique but I'm not sure if I'll be missing out on these goodies or if it just takes some time. Any ideas?

Congrats on getting your first AP. For me that’d be enough without the need for and small trivial swag.

If it bothers you, reach out and ask your SA.

I took me nearly 6 months to get the first set of box & cleaning tools, in the meantime we got some other swag as well. Speak to your sales person and mention you're interested.

Thanks for all the replies! For those who have received it already, I wanted to check if you got the welcome kit in the mail?

I noticed that some festival gifts come from the SA, and they selectively ask some VVIP to drop by the boutique to collect them. But it looks like the welcome gift is from the brand, so I'm guessing everyone should get one.

I could ask my SA, but I don't want to seem like I'm making a big deal out of small things.

I also got my AP ROC recently from the boutique and received my welcome kit in the mail ~2 months later.

From my experience and knowledge they should send you the cleaning kit, at least that's the practice here in Hong Kong.

I got baby blanket as a literal family welcome gift. Very nice quality and thought.

It seems the kits are for new members.....I havent got it but my wife who has 2 AP got it, and my friend who received a watch earlier in this year also got the kit. Both directly sent to our home.
