My Hottest Watch

"Dad, what do you want for Christmas?"

Me: "How about a geiger counter."

So, played around with it after Christmas. Most of the watches that were testing radioactive were running 4 to 5 microsieverts.

Then I got to this one:

A Radiolite.
The watch that was made famous by the Radium Girls.

Here were the results, 15.21 microsieverts:

3 times any other watch I had. No wonder the Radium Girls had so many health problems.
