Just want to get a price check on a used Rolex president 18K midsize datejust with a white roman dial. What is the average price on a great condition used one? Your opinion is greatly appreciated!

If you want more precise pricing you need to be more specific.

How about an "A" series, 18238 18K yellow gold, sapphire crystal with FACTORY CHAMPAGNE DIAMOND DIAL, Original Box & Warranty Papers? Watch was first sold in 2000

Average will be about $10,000, but of course it could be more or less depending on condition, service record, etc.

$11.5k is not a bad price if it is in excellent condition, band has minimal stretch and it has a factory dial. I have seen them go for up to $12k. Anything over $12k I think would be too much for this watch, even in perfect condition. Unless, of course, you are adding diamonds.

One thing to consider is that if gold continues to go up, then all gold watch values will also go up.
