well some of you MAY live in florida....but im from toronto and its getting a little chilly up there!!

just arrived in Ft Lauderdale with the family in tow.....stayin at a relatives place. The weather is beautiful!!!! picked up our convertible rental and have been cruisin all day!! im tryin to take some pics and ill post em when i can....

just checkin in to TRF from my laptop in sunny Florida!!

This one is airsoft for this weekend but it almost perfect to my issued weapon, sitting back in Florida.

I have family in the Ft Lauderdale/Davie area. If you want to do the touristy beach, go to Ft Lauderdale Beach. If you want it nice and quiet, go to Dania beach. The Seminole Hard Rock Casino has a great watch store also

WELL

i went into aventura mall today to check out some ADs....

went into Tourneau and Mayors.....Mayors had a HUGE selection of everything i could ever dream of.....even got to try on the leopard daytona which was an experience in itself believe me!! The guy told me that they are almost completely sold out of it and the one in his shop is one of the last ones in the south. The reason they are sellin still escapes me!!! anyways....i got to try on my beloved Explorer 2 white face and grin at it for a bit....AND i HAD to try on the TT sub (blue) just to see what the fuss was about!!! gorgeous dial definitely. the guy next to me that was browsing was wearing the TT sub. i commented on it and he said "wanna buy it?" lol.....i declined. Unfortunately i didnt have $5000 USD on me so i couldnt walk out with the EX2....

i went into Tourneau and they barely had anything. the first thing the guy said to me when i walked in was "hey nice rolex....wanna trade it in for something else?" he was tryin to talk me into a root beer GMT master. I wasnt interested.....other then that they were pretty bare. Im gonna go into Mayors again before i leave and visit all my sub's cousins

OH mayors told me they could get me a used one for south of 3k USD. could be here in one day....hmmmmm got my gears turnin!

all in all florida has been great....i must say that i have seen more subs in all variations (TT, SS etc) then i have seen anywhere else. Its amazing really. Makes me wonder if maybe in miami they have a big fake rolex market where everyone buys em.....even the guy on the plane that sat next to us was wearing one!! WTF!

ill be checkin in again before i retreat back to the icy cold north!!! hope all is well in ur respective countries!! i would be on skype but this is the wifeys laptop and i cant remember the password to my account!! duh!

Pete....their store in Orlando, FL had one also just 2 weeks ago. Same one maybe, highly unlikely though.

ya im not sure....maybe he was tryin to pressure me into a sale haha........funny they were offering the keys to a brand new car with the purchase and still no one was biting!!!! (the car was painted leopard too....
