Would Rolex Discontinue The TOG
Just wondering your thoughts on this......of all the current models it seems like the Turnograph is the least popular. Would they discontinue it? Slowly phase ot out?

Not my favorite but lots of people like it!
I think they will keep it around for a while but only they know for sure.

It's been around for a long time, 50's or 60's. Why would they discontinue it now and what would they replace it with?

My gut feeling is that they'll keep it, the original is arguably one of the most important watches in Rolex's history, spawning true greats such as the Submariner and GMT-Master. Rolex is a company proud of its heritage, so I think the TOG will be about for the forseeable future

Hope not. Maybe a 41mm version?

A lot of history with the TOG, so I hope not.

Well I was wondering if they would make it in a 41mm....if so what happens to the 36mm? Also is Rolex going to continue with the 31mm, 36mm and 41mm datejust or are they going to phase some of the smaller cases out? Juust wondering what peoples thoughts are on this. It just seems odd that the turnograph is basically a datejust with a different bezel, yet they havent upped the size or adjusted the case as they have with a variety of their other models.

Ending the TOG's would be the best thing that Rolex could do for that line. For all the current owners, their pieces would increase in value. Its not a huge seller now, so why not.
On the other side of the coin, it uses the same case, movement, bracelet and clasp as the 36mm Datejust. Therefore the economic costs for Rolex to continue to manufacture the TOG's is and would continue to be minimal. Its official, I just confused myself.
